Windows 10: Linker Tools Error LNK1168 in VS 2022

I just started having problems with this error. I have tried searching for an open process which I could not find in Task Manager, Resource Monitor, or Process Explorer. I have tried renaming the project and rebuilding. I have copied all code to a new VS2022 project. No matter what I do after a few builds, this error is returned. I have opened other projects and the same error is returned when I try to build. Do you think I should reinstall Windows 11 or Visual Studio?Thanks for any help.

LINK : fatal error LNK1168: cannot open Debug/hello.exe for writing

First, I set a file which can cout the "hello, world!", then I stop debugging, afterward, I change it to cout onther number, but always exist error, the tip is "LINK : fatal error LNK1168: cannot open Debug/hello.exe for writing". I need to konw how to
slove the problem. thanks.

Visual Studio LNK1561 Error Point Must be defined

Hi I am getting a linker error when im trying to make a GUI application in Windows. Ive done some research found that it was a linker issue so I changed my Subsystem to Windows(/SUBSYTEM:WINDOWS) and went to Advanced and changed my entry point to main but im still getting the same error.

Steps in visual studio. That ive done so far

1. Go to project -> properties

2. In configuration properties click on linker

3. Go to System change the subSystem to Windows(/SUBSYTEM:WINDOWS) hit apply

4. then under linker again click on Advanced then EntryPoint change to main

Those are all the steps that all the tutorials and staq overflow told me to do and its still not working.

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it
