Windows 10: Linking eRad transcription software to ExpressScribe

I have Windows 10. I transcribe from an eRad transcription format PACS. I am trying to link ExpressScribe to my transcription because the new transcription program they have installed does not have sound. I am having a lot of difficulty linking these two so I can begin transcribing. Any suggestions?

Transcripts of chat conversations

a few weeks ago a technician sent me an email containing a transcript of the chat that we had had.

today, when requesting another transcript i was told that it was not policy to do this.

could it be that the conversation revealed an admission that Windows 10 people app would not allow groups in a list of contacts?

MICROSOFT AGENT CHAT SESSION.

To my knowledge the CHAT TRANSCRIPT is not AUTOMATICALLY Downloaded and Saved to your COMPUTER.

You have to INVOKE this action yourself.

• When you use it next have a look in the CHAT SESSION WINDOW if it has the OPTION to SAVE THE CHAT to your COMPUTER.

If the above option does not exist .

• I would use COPY and PASTE to a NOTE PAD or TEXT DOCUMENT and save it.

• Use the SNIPPING TOOL in WINDOWS 7 to capture the screen.

If you use the SNIPPING TOOL read its instructions.

Start SNIPPING TOOLS.

You will see a WHITE ? MARK in a small BLUE CIRCLE.

• Take a SCREEN CAPTURE of the DESKTOP while the SESSION is OPEN.

WINDOW 7 has the ability.

There are probably a multitude of other ways as well, as for example some form of App.

Chat transcript

Do you mean like when you are on a support site and chatting / texting with a adviser ?

Without a Software Program to do this one can use the inbuilt Snipping Tool or do a Screen Capture of the Chat Transcript.
