Windows 10: Linux version to download via Virtual box

Hello. I have downloaded Virtual box application and I am intending to download Linux on my laptop. Which version of Linux could you reccomend me in my case I have Windows 10 as the most optimal?

Download speed in Virtual Box very slow (Arch Linux installation)

I'm installing arch linux for test purposes in virtual box.
I testet my download rate on my machine: 50 000Kbit/s
The download rate of the arch linux installation in the virtual machine is 4-6Kbit/s

I know, that in the virtual box the download rate is not exactly the same as in a normal environment, but it is definetely not normal, that the download rate in the virtual machine isn't even 1% of the original.

I installed VirtualBox (Version 5.2.6 r120293) yesterday on Windows 10

pls help me fixing this problem, it's a pain

Can someone help me, I'm having a problem in the virtual box in my windows 10 HP laptop it said it's a "failure to open a session for the virtual machine Windows 10 VM" in Windows 10. Can you tell me what to do, step
by step?

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
