Windows 10: Linx Window 10 Tablet

Hi, I have an old Linx 10 tablet, with Windows 10 32 bit OS installed, which, believe it or not, still works! I have observed that when it is connected to the charger for a long time many days, it starts to automatically limit the maximum battery charge from 100% to 99%, then gradually to 98%, then to 97% etc. I have seen it go as low as 87%—which is a good thing, because it helps to preserve and protect the battery. Apparently it is a feature that is built into Windows. But once the device is switched off for some time, and switched on again, it reverts back to 100% battery charge. My que

• Is the linx tablet under Warranty period?

I suggest you to try to switch on tablet while it is getting charged and check if the issue is related to power problems.

• When you say that "Recently, it updated (still windows 10)", was the Windows 10 preinstalled or it has been upgraded from previous version of Windows?
• When you say that " it updated (yesterday) it didn't switch on so I decided to charge", are you able to see the light indicating the tablet is getting charged or not?

I suggest you to refer to the user manual provided by Linx tablet manufacture for resetting the tablet.

windows 10 downgrade on Linx 10 tablet

I recently downloaded windows 10 for my Linx 10 tablet, I wasn't happy with the OS so I tried to switch back to Windows 8.1 with Bing. So, I went into the recovery options and tried to reinstall 8.1, but when the process was finished, it restarted my tablet.
Now it is stuck In a constant 'Restart loop' coming up with the error 'INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE' I cant do anything with my tablet. not even hard reset it, as their is no way of 'hard resetting' the tablet... according to the manufacturer, LINX. Does anybody
know how I can fix this or get it replaced, as Windows 10 Has Broken My tablet. #Notahappyman
