Windows 10: list folders/files in alphabet order

Discus and support list folders/files in alphabet order in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; in windows when listing the files in alphabet order, the order is different from listing the folders with the same names. please see the screenshot...     in windows when listing the files in alphabet order, the order is different from listing the folders with the same names. please see the screenshot attached. can you make them unanimous? i think the order for folders makes more sense.

    Favorites List Of Internet Website Links And Folders Not Staying In Alphabetical Order

    This is Ken. I have still not solved this problem. My Favorites list of internet website links and associated folders is still out of alphabetical order and I can not get my list back in proper alphabetical order. Am I the only person in the world with
    this problem ? Nobody seems to know anything about this. I did right click on a favorite url link or a folder in my list and then selected Sort By Name but this is not putting my entire list of favorite links and folders back in alphabetical order like it
    once was. Who can answer this question once and for all ?

    I have Windows 10 operating system installed on a Dell Desktop PC. I am using Internet Explorer 11, Version 11.162.10586.0 as my default web browser. My favorites list of folders and internet website links will not stay in alphabetical order and I can
    not even get this list to be in alphabetical order right now. What is going on, I never used to have this problem before ? My favorites list also went haywire in my Microsoft Edge Browser with similar problems of names not being in Alphabetical order and
    the complete list of favorite names not even being totally shown. What is going on here ?

    When saving a file, folders and files are not listed alphabetically

    Although my files and folders are set to list "by name", ie alphabetically and do in file explorer, when I go to save a document the folders in the "Save As" box are not alphabetical and neither are the files in the folders in the Save As box. They are
    also not listed by date created or modified; not sure what the listing is following though it's consistent. When I open File Explorer all folders and the files within them are arranged alphabetically but when I go to save a file they are not. This did not
    happen with Windows 8.0 but since I went to Windows 10 it has been a problem. Any help in correcting this in the Save As view would be very much appreciated.
