Windows 10: little icons in the corner of my apps?

ever since i downloaded windows 11, i noticed these little icons in the corners of my apps and folders, its a green checkmark, red x mark, and brown box thing, now i assume thats normal since it came with windows 11, but i recently noticed that they changed to icons of other apps, for example. some are plague inc, others obs studio or spore, if it helps my onedrive is full, did a scan of my pc and found nothing btw

Little people (shared icon?) in the corner of desktop icons

Hey, sorry I was a little vague... I meant the little people things in the corner next to the green check... I don't know what that is. But thanks!!
