Windows 10: Live backgrounds will not show constantly. It shows for a second now and again then...

I am running Live backgrounds themes - eg Safari, Otters etc,. But the backgrounds show for a second but will not stay. I get the background intermittently. How can I set it to stay. I have checked my settings and all seem OK. Any ideas?

Photos for Second Windows Live account doesn't show up

If you add a second Windows Live account to Windows Phone 7, the photos associated to that Windows live account does not show up in the pictures hub? I also noticed that "Photos" isn't listed next to the second live account like that listed for the primary
account.

 

Live tile Outlook Calendar a day behind, but lock screen shows correct date...

Well, seeing as how I cannot uninstall the app, there is very little in terms of troubleshooting steps to try. I already unpinned and repinned the live tile and no good. Very strange problem. If I open the app from the app list, it shows the correct date.
The problem appears only on the live tile. For instance, today is Thursday, the 3rd. My live tile shows Wednesday, the 2nd. When I open the app from the live tile the calendar shows the correct date. Thanks!

UPDATE: Issue resolved, maybe an update in the background I have no idea. But it works now.

Use the following steps:

Navigate to Settings>Personalize>Background

Under background,

In the drop down list select Slide show.
