Windows 10: live caption translation in english not working

Discus and support live caption translation in english not working in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; live captions for every language seems to work other than the live translation feature.     live captions for every language seems to work other than the live translation feature. Keeps showing error "We can’t download the required language files right now". Even though when all of the language packs are downloaded and installed.

    Live Captions Translation?

    I turned on Live Captions on windows but I want it to be translated from Portuguese to English. How do i set that up?

    Live Caption Language Only Displays English

    I want to use Windows 11 Live Caption for Spanish videos. I have added Spanish to my languages for Live Caption and moved it to the top of my preferred languages . But when I start Live Caption, it says "Ready to caption in English". When I click on caption language in the settings, the only choices are English and "Add a language" even though I have already added Spanish. How can I get Spanish to display as one of the choices for my caption language?
