    Live captions keeps closing


    Hi,I seem to have a weird/strange issue - when I open Live Captions turned on the app suddenly closes i.e it will not stay open. Any ideas how I may be able to fix please?Tried deleted and reinstalling Speech pack; didn’t work. Thanks!

    Here's the steps to turn on closed captioning:

    1. Right-click or tap-and-hold anywhere on the playing video. A menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. If closed captioning is available, a CC icon will be displayed.

    2. Tap or click the CC icon.

    3. Tap or click the language you want to see closed captions in.
