Live Chat is not working. Stuck in position 1 forever. This is terrible customer support. I bought a new laptop today and whilst it was doing Windows updates something went wrong and when it restart it is stuck at a 'Bitlocker Recovery' page. So I went to aka.ms/myrecoverykey and entered my details. Then I get a:You can't access this site right nowThis site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 3/16/2025 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.On 2/14/2025 you request

Support live chat stuck on loading screen

I accidentally deleted a clipchamp microsoft account and i wanted to contact a support for this, but the problem is to assign an agent to my service request, I have to start a live chat first which I cannot because it keeps on loading forever and I'm still stuck on this page

Try...

1. Clearing the cache of whatever browse you're using

2. Using another browser

3. Any /all of your browsers in private/incognito mode. This will ignore cached files and cookies.

Microsoft Live Chat Support or Help with Issue

Getting to an agent via Live Chat took me over an hour and was extremely convoluted *Confused. So much so that I honestly cannot recall all the steps I took. I believe their system is designed to have one go on a 'treasure hunt' as all other sites with live chat have that little chat pop-up.
