Windows 10: Live Kernel Error 41, Error 6008, Acting Weird on start up.

Hello! I'm Currently having problems with the following Error's 41, and 6008. Not sure why but for the longest time they have stopped me from using my PC. I have tried the following: Reinstalled Windows, Reinstalled drivers, Replaced Ram, Replaced GPU 5700x --->Rx 580, Just replaced my PSU. I'm hoping the PSU holds up, I don't want to keep throwing money at this thing. So, this other weird thing started to happen maybe a week or two ago but on startup I'll get the windows loading screen with the circle dots then my screen go black GPU fans rev up then I'm greeted with the login screen. No

I found something to do with sound drivers, the guy solved the error. Don't know if it helps but it might give you a clue.

Windows Kernel event ID 41 error is generated when the system does not shutdown properly.

However, without more info, it would be just a guess at the cause or causes.
