Windows 10: Live Kernel Event 144

Hi All,Looking for help on this issue I have not been able to find a solution for. I am getting this live Kernel event error. no blue screen, but makes bluetooth stop working and disconnects + reconnects all my USB devices. I also get a Port Reset Failed error on a USB device. I disable and enable it, and then it disappears and Bluetooth works again and pops up in the system tray. I have reinstalled windows 11 Pro multiple times. My processor is only a year ish old when I bought it. I replaced the motherboard twice and still have the same issue. My Specs are as follows:ASUS TUF GAMING B550M-PL

Live Kernel Event 144 with Additional Critical Events

Ok I just ran the chipset installer.

I rebooted OK, but then to test I plugged in my controller and rebooted, and I got Kernel Event 144 again and my mouse and keyboard didn't work. Could the controller be junk and be causing these problems?

Ok I did a clean install, and it seems to have worked well, but I just now booted my PC to find no USB attachments are working (Mouse, Keyboard, Razer Controller). Before I did the clean install only the controller did this.

I unplugged the mouse and keyboard and then they worked so I could log on, and I have a Live Kernel Event 144 again.

I can't find any minidumps.

Live Kernel Event Code 144

When trying to play games (any game) on my windows 11 PC it will randomly restart. Sometimes it will happen within a few minutes of starting a game and other times it won't happen for an extended period of time. Windows and drivers are all up to date. It's not overheating as I've monitored for this also.

Runs fine when not gaming.
