Windows 10: Live kernel event 1a1 with PC freezing, only hard reset helps

So, recently I've got new PC components, such as motherboard, CPU and RAM, right now specs are: Gigabyte A520M H motherboard, Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, Apacer DDR4 3200 Mhz 8GB RAM x2, Asus Nvidia 1050 Ti Phoenix graphics card, and PSU is Aerocool ECO 650w, Windows 10. I live with my friend, and we both have PC's, and both of those PC's are plugged into one power outlet. Everything was working well for 2 months, until the 1st of March: while playing Phasmophobia my PC freezed: keyboard and mouse didn't work, sound from the game got looped, but music from iTunes was playing well and also I was able t

Random crashes with live kernel events 1a1, 117, 164 ,141

For the past year, my computer has been unstable. I've tried many different solutions to fix it, but in the end, I always find the same problem: my desktop completely freezes, unable to receive any input.

Here is my System Info

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

AMD Radeon 6900XT

NVIDIA EVGA GTX 1070

Corsair AX 1600i

MSI X570 MEG ACE (BIOS E7C35AMS.1I0)

Corsair Dominator Platinum 4x16 GB DDR4-3200

Corsair AX1600i

When I go into Reliability Monitor I have live kernel events such as 1a1, 117, 164,141

 

Live Kernel Event 141

Hi Bao,

Many users has sadly aswell encountered this problem. Solving this will take some time, I highly suggest you to look through these threads steadily while making some stress tests and all of the other stuff that is needed.

In-order to get more clarity on this issue and to assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, reply with answers to the below questions:

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
and check if that helps.
