Windows 10: Live Smooth Streaming Feature on Windows IIS

I have been trying to get video streaming to work since April 2018 and have been all over the OBS forums, but none of the suggestions worked. I'm having too many hassles with corporate streamers, blocking my videos in 249 countries, so I am making a concerted effort to crack this problem now. I'm running nginx pre compiled for video streaming as recommended on another youtube channel, and I'm getting transport stream files in the hls folder when OBS is streaming. The server is IIS 10, and nginx is configured to run in parallel on port 8080. At first, I thought it was a web page config problem,

I suggest to turn on the IIS feature from Program and features.

Follow the steps below:

• Go to Control Panel
• Program and Features
• Turn windows features On or Off
• Find Internet information services and click on it. Let the services start.

Now check if you are able to stream.

What is smooth scrolling?

Smooth scrolling is a feature available in Internet Explorer that allows you to scroll through a web pages smoothly, as the name of the feature suggests. If this is turned off, when scrolling through a web page, you'll notice that the scroll
bar slides down as if it's slightly delayed, but if this is turned on, the scroll bar slides down smoothly, without delay.

This is useful when scanning through long web pages or articles.

To turn on/off smooth scrolling, see the following steps:

• Open Internet Explorer, click the gear icon, and then click
  Internet Options.
  
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Locate Use smooth scrolling, and tick the check box if you want it turned on/off.
