Windows 10: Live tiles colours Windows 10

Hi again, I asked the question this morning on how to change "Live tile colours" and this came up but how? I seem to think when Windows 8.1 came out and Windows 10 you could do that! I have read various sites all explaining differently so I am confused! Some say only certain tiles can be changed. It mentions after the 22H2 update this can be done but how? At present all my tiles are black, it would be nice to change them once in awhile. I was hoping just to go into "Personalised " and do it that way! Most sites suggest downloading apps or copy and paste into certain files! I only want to cha

Live Tile Colour!!!

Hi, have been trying to change the colour of the live tiles on my Nokia Lumia. Have gone to settings then theme and can change the background colour from balc to white and change the accent colour but it doesn't change the colour of the tile its either black
on a white background or white on a black ground but no colour. Does anyone know how to do this?

My phone is Lumia 520. I restored my phone. than live tiles color remains black. i could change color of all live tiles which i select from accent colour before restore. its not working after restore my phone. and lock screen is not working too if i select
