Windows 10: Live title for Microsoft apps

Hello dear windows people <3


I have problem with live titles of some apps. For example, live title for weather app works well but live title for windows store and for photos dont. How to fix that issue?

Live titles not working properly

I have a few problems with my live title. Some games titles, weather title and picture title still work fine. But most of the time, MSN news, Flipboard, Picsart, Mail, Cortana and Store don't seem to run properly. Sometimes the MSN news title or Flipboard
title shows a single picture and then it just stucks there. When i open the app then turn it off, the picture disappears and the whole title is back to its boring single color. I've tried to resize the title, uninstall the apps, check that the live title is
on, adjust the right time but the problem still cannot be solved. Could anyone please give me any suggestions about this? Thank you

 

Live titles not working properly

To troubleshoot further, you can perform these steps:

• Remove your Microsoft account.
• Uninstall and reinstall the apps.
• Update the apps.
• Restart your computer.
• Re-add your Microsoft account.

Windows 10 Mail App Live Tile Won't Update!

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch with Microsoft Community.

We would like to know if you are receiving the new Emails in Mail app.

Let’s turn the live tile option to off and then again to on and check. Follow the steps provided below.

• Right click on the Mail app.
• Go to more options.
• Click on Turn live tile off/on.

After turning it off, I suggest you to turn it on again and check. Follow the above steps to turn it on.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to download and run the app troubleshooter on your computer from the following link and check.
