Windows 10: Live TV Optimum app for laptop is not working on Windows

Instead of the tv stream loading correctly, an alert comes up regarding a new app for ios products, also includes (error 1991). I click ok and it goes back to sign in page...this keeps repeating. It was working fine, then when I shut down for the night two days ago, an update was installed...the next morning it didn't work...it is working fine on 3 other computers in the house. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and no change...I changed my account name and password, still nothing...optimum online recognizes my new ID, but this problem persists. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on (wrong). I have windows 10 Thank you.

Movies & TV app not working properly.

I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key.
• Type Windows Powershell.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.
