Windows 10: Live Wallpapers ?! Hello?! Love you devs!

It's 2020 and the windows 10 OS that is the last Operation System of Microsoft Corporation still does not support Live Wallpapers! I mean how can it be hard to code and implement such feature for this OS ? Despite all of that bugs and issues that occurs every last build that releases. I don't know about you guys, but I'm a little sick of watching a static wallpaper every day or even slideshow 1000 wallpapers, that's not what I want, I want something alive not even a loop of something. Something more creative, there is no life in a single picture. Also I'm aware of 3rd party programs like Wallpaper Engine and etc... I'm looking for something official, with a huge market of none-loop live Wallpapers that people or officials create them. Just imagine it, can't it be beautiful? Though that people saying living in the future and forgetting the moment is not wise and helpful, I keep doing that. Wish I'd born in 3020.

n8 is considered to be having the best hardware, live wallpaper is not such a big deal ,if it is not facing any problem in doing such all round stuffs xenon flash and all that so why not live wallpaper does live wallpaper consume more power and hardware
than xenon flash so if it is flashing the xenon light so live wallpaper is what a big deal?
