Windows 10: LiveKernalEvent 141

HelloMy PC has been having crashes while playing games recently. Looking at the Problem Details in windows, it says the same thing under every event: LiveKernalEvent code 141. I have looked it up, and it is usually due to hardware issues. Recently though there has been nothing of changed to my device laptop that would change the hardware in a meaningful way, and thus I think there must be some other issue that I can't seem to find a solution to. I would very much appreciate any help one could provide.

Me and my brother built a pc the other day and since everything was finish and updated, any time I have done ANYTHING with slight graphical intensity, I have had it go to black and after a second or 2 it comes back on, when we went looking for the problem
all we found is LiveKernalEvent 141,

can anyone help, I'm near my wits end??

I have uninstalled the driver and deleted related files(checked the box upon uninstall), Reinstalled the latest driver, and completed a clean boot.

Believing I solved the issue, I booted up Overwatch and found my computer crashing again.

Any additional help would be appreciated.

Yes, my PC is crashing always when I play video games. I play just csgo. View Reliability History always give me those messages : Windows was not properly shut down, or this LiveKernalEvent.
