Windows 10: LiveKernel141

Ciao mi serve una grossa mano con il mio pc portatile. Oggi per la prima volta mi è uscito l'errore livekernel141 su Windows 11 non so come risolvere...qualcuno mi aiuti per favore ho seguito vai tutorial su internet ma non sono riuscito a trovare niente di concreto

My specs:

GPU: Powercolor Red Dragon Radeon RX 5700

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

PSU: Corsair TX650M 80+ Gold

MOBO: MSI B450-A PRO MAX

Memory: GSkill Ripjaw 16GB (2x8)

Memory: 1TB M2 SSD

I have tried rolling back drivers as well as reinstalling the gpu.

I have reinstalled windows and made sure all other drivers are updated.

The problem occurs while running DotA 2 or CoD

 

Black Screens underload: Livekernelevent 141 lkd_0x141_tdr:6_image_nvlddmkm.sys_ampere screens go black

Have been receiving this fault like wildfire since Friday, only occurs while using my Nvidia GTX 3060 - does not persist through my 1060.

Have clean installed with DDU/New Drivers, Rebooted Windows, Tested that all fans are working on GPU/Heat is fine. One thing I notice in Afterburner is lots of Mem Clock spikes even when doing nothing, Last stress test it spiked for a minute or two before black screening. Have already sent this card out once before and starting to think it's bad again..... I do also get a Microsoft Gameinput pop-up in the reliability report which was previously crashing my computer in the same way but without the LIveKernel141 error. I do not see any minidumps being created even after pressing the windows + ctrl + shift + b combo...

Tried so far:

New PSU

Raising the Power Limit on the GPU

Updated BIOS / Disabled any mobo OC

Disabled all hardware acceleration

Updated audio drivers
