Windows 10: Livekernelevent 141 and VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE 116

So recently i decided to upgrade my computer with a new graphics card. These are the new specs:Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix b550i WIFICPU: Ryzen 5 5600xmemory: Ballistix 2x8GB 3600 MHzStorage: Samsung 980 1TBPSU: NZXT C650W 80+ goldGPU: I upgraded from a 2060 6G to a 4060ti 16GAfter installing the new GPU the pc started crashing quite often When I reinstalled the old 2060 it never crashed. It would only crash while doing small tasks such as watching a video or doing light work. It did however manage to not crash during a few hours of higher load gaming. I started looking into the reliability

Hardware Error Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent Code: 141

I have been experiencing Hardware Errors LiveKernelEvent Code: 141 and Problem Event Name: BlueScreen Code: 116 on my PC. I tried reinstalling my graphics drivers and updated both windows and my NVIDIA drivers.

 

BSOD Code 116 & 141 - CPU replacement needed?

Thank you @ubuysa Great suggestion, and that's exactly what I did a couple days ago. The assistant gives a clean bill of health with all drivers up-to-date:

I have been getting LiveKernelEvent 141 in reliability monitor and it causes games to crash. I checked everything with my graphics drivers and disabled other programs. What can I do do fix it?
