Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent 141 Error Games Crashing

Hello, i started getting this problem where some of the games i play crash minutes into the game. I upgraded all my pc parts except my PSU 6 months ago and everything worked just fine in the start. This started happening around a month ago and has bothered me everyday since. I have troubleshot a bit by myself but can't seem to find out what's causing it.My computer doesn't crash when this happens, but it does hickup for a second and then the game freezes and i have to manually close it because it stops responding.CS:GO and Roblox seems to be the games that makes the crash happen the fastest 3

I have been getting LiveKernelEvent 141 in reliability monitor and it causes games to crash. I checked everything with my graphics drivers and disabled other programs. What can I do do fix it?

LiveKernelEvent 141 - Hardware failure??

My computer was built for gaming. But every time I try to run my preferred racing game I experince a crash. The Reliability Monitor gives this error message:

So my computer has started randomly restarting (often when starting a game or when heavily multitasking) and the reliability center gives the following error message after the reboot:

I've stress tested my GPU (with Furmark) and my CPU (with IntelProcessor Diagnostic Tool), run the SFC and DSIM through admin command prompt but everything comes up clean. I've re-installed several drivers but also to no avail. I then tried the driver verifier
tool and got the DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION error but no driver was listed. I then had to reboot in safe mode to turn off the verifier (getting constant BSOD on windows start) but still can't seem to trace the
problem.

I have got to be missing something but don't know what. Any help?
