Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent 141 - monitor freezing and blacking out momentarily repetitively since...

I have had a problem with my Windows 10 Pro desktop for the past two weeks. During the Labor Day weekend, in the evening, power went out in my entire neighborhood, and after a minute or so, it came back on and off about three times within a minute, then went off again for hours. I switched off all surge protectors after that flickering of power. However, as the power got restored and I started using my PC the next day, I have had repetitive problems with my display freezing and then monitor going black momentarily, sometimes several times in a row. LiveKernelEvent - Code: 141

Just when I thought we might have been in the clear it happened again. Monitors lost connection, could still hear audio. Reliability monitor says it was another livekernelevent code 141.

I have been getting LiveKernelEvent 141 in reliability monitor and it causes games to crash. I checked everything with my graphics drivers and disabled other programs. What can I do do fix it?

Hello,
I have recently noticed that my laptop's screen freezes out of nowhere without doing no hard tasks (just reading a pdf). As I saw, it all starts with the bluetooth mouse not working and a bit of time after that the screen freezes and i have to restart the laptop using the power button.
