Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent 141

helloi need helpget the error below.i have rolled back drivers, format, update bios, stress test cpu , gpu with occt, aida64 extreme,occt vram 2 tries 5 min several errors, 30min no errors.the pc freezes often while playing and have to reset it and then it freezes when starting windows and to log on to windows , i must make several triesi also get an error from the device manager "unknown usb device device descriptor request failedmy specs are5900Xasus rog x570 crosshair viii formula32GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAMRTX4090SSD 870 EVO NVME 970CORSAIR SHIFT1200W PSU the system has a custom water coolingP

LiveKernelEvent 141

I have been getting LiveKernelEvent 141 in reliability monitor and it causes games to crash. I checked everything with my graphics drivers and disabled other programs. What can I do do fix it?

Just when I thought we might have been in the clear it happened again. Monitors lost connection, could still hear audio. Reliability monitor says it was another livekernelevent code 141.

Hello,
I have recently noticed that my laptop's screen freezes out of nowhere without doing no hard tasks (just reading a pdf). As I saw, it all starts with the bluetooth mouse not working and a bit of time after that the screen freezes and i have to restart the laptop using the power button.
