Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent 141

Hello guys,My PC crashes while I play Dota 2, and I receive the AMD driver timeout error message. This started happening about a month ago out of nowhere. Not only that. After a few days, Windows OS starts bugging, the boot time becomes really increased, clicking refresh just creates bugs, etc.I tried everything like updating/reinstalling all the drivers, including GPU, fresh installing Windows 11, updating BIOS, and many other software solutions.I recently found out about reliability history, and by taking a look at it, I found out it's the LiveKernelEvent 141 error. https://prnt.sc/a4sKOrZfB

I have been getting LiveKernelEvent 141 in reliability monitor and it causes games to crash. I checked everything with my graphics drivers and disabled other programs. What can I do do fix it?

Just when I thought we might have been in the clear it happened again. Monitors lost connection, could still hear audio. Reliability monitor says it was another livekernelevent code 141.

Hello,
I have recently noticed that my laptop's screen freezes out of nowhere without doing no hard tasks (just reading a pdf). As I saw, it all starts with the bluetooth mouse not working and a bit of time after that the screen freezes and i have to restart the laptop using the power button.
