GPU-Z 0.7.5 causing crashes on load up

Any chance you could narrow it down to which running application causes GPU-Z to crash? Ideally steps to reproduce for me here.

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

  4. LiveKernelEvent causing crash

    LivekernelEvent causing computer crash?

We appreciate your response. The error that you have provided is related to an issue with the USB and could possibly be the cause why your keyboard disconnects. It is possible that the issue with the games occurred due to a different cause.

To resolve your concern, you can perform the following solutions on your computer:

Solution 1. Perform a clean boot to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program
in Windows 10. You can go to this link
and follow the steps perform a clean boot.

Solution 2. Install all critical and important Windows Updates.

Make sure that your device is fully updated. You can go to this
    link
and follow the steps on how to check and install new updates on your computer.

Solution 3. Update the graphics card drivers.

    You can visit this
    link
and follow the steps on how to update the graphics card driver on your computer.

Solution 4. Turn down your graphics and sound settings.

Scaling down your graphics and audio settings may allow the game to run smoother and be more stable on your computer.

    • Full Screen Anti-Aliasing (FSAA) – Turning this off or lowering it from the highest settings can make a big difference, at the cost of some jagged edges in the graphics.
    • Resolution – The higher the resolution the harder your graphics processing unit (GPU) has to work. Lowering the resolution can have a big impact with fairly little loss in graphic quality.
    • Shadows – Simple shadows are easier to draw. Shadows turned off is the easiest of all.
    • Texture/Detail – Lower detail textures aren’t as crisp but will make the game easier for your system to manage.
    • Surround Sound – Disabling surround sound eases the strain on your sound hardware.

Keep us updated with the results after performing the suggested solutions above.
