Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent Code 141 killing my 2nd PC now ! Please help !

Hello.

i started facing this issue with my Old PC and it was crazy, Crashing all the time and i didnt know what what the issue even thought i tried my best.

so now i build a brand new PC, everything changed except the keyboard mouse and headset.

and now i'm facing the same issues and crashed again !!!!!

Please help me with this issue as its driving me crazy ! It is the mouse , keyboard ? or headset ?!!? Can those actually cause this ? they didn't for like the first month!? Is it a software ?!?.

i get random black screens on my display for a brief moment, sometimes those black screens cause my pc to crash

Good evening,

Recently my PC had upgraded RAM, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x 8GB) 3000MHz DDR4CMK16GX4M2D3000C16 & MSI AMD vega56 airboost.

Initially, I had BSOD message THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER, that seems to have disappear, however i was having blackscreen and GPU fan was on max once that happened, before the crash, GPU was running around 70 - 75 degree, tried different driver but still no luck. Checking the reliability monitor, it gives me problem event name: LiveKernelEvent, Code: 141.

Since then i have RMAed the GPU, I put in one of the GPU - Nvidia 750Ti which we were still using a month ago, which was all running fine for 4 years, never crashed. Today, all the sudden, i have blackscreen again, with the same problem event name: LiveKernelEvent, Code: 141, but with different parameter.

Everytime i install different driver, i used DDU in safe mode

For the new ram, i have 2 sets of it, one on my Mrs PC, it is running fine on her pc no crashes etc, my PC still crash, so i don't think it is the ram issue.

I have uploaded Dxdiag, any help will be greatly appreciated.
