Windows 10: LiveKernelEvent Code: 1cc

I really hope someone can help me as i am lost about what to do! Win 10 Home edition. Problem: Apps start to freeze. Seems to happen randomly. But, once it happens, you can Ctrl, ALt Delete get the menu, but Task Manager will not open and i have to simply power off. When i look on the Security and Maintenance function in the control panel, it shows different programs stopping working. But again there is no pattern. Other than this, i have the issue, that i presume is connected, where certain programs will simply not boot up, including MS Edge and newly downloaded Brave browser. Have searched the web and found nothing for a code 1cc problem. BSOD and LiveKernelEvent

If anyone has any idea why this is happening please help. I actually previously had a computer that kept BSOD-ing and I never figured out what was wrong with it, and then I got this one. It's relatively new, so now I'm wondering how I have the worst luck

Can anyone tell me if MS is addressing this issue which is happening now every day on start up and causing massive memory dumps which have to be cleaned out on a daily basis. Running Win 10 on a virtually new Dell laptop. Any helpful advice or suggestion
that MS might actually get this sorted would be really great.
