Windows 10: Liverkernelevent 144 & Blackscreen

opteron 144@3ghz vs athlon 3800+ x2 (dual core) @2.5ghz

For the difference of money between the opteron 144 and x2 3800 +, no there are problems, The difference in my country (chile) is 56 dollars


But if I find a steppings(3800+x2) that comes to 3ghz, me combiene it or not?

 

Random blackscreen after logging in task manager NOT working and safe mode still shows a blackscreen

As I said I tried these steps except some because I have to acces my desktop through Safe mode but unfortunately I can't it still showing blackscreen, thank you even if it didn't help me but you tried have a good day !
