Windows 10: لماذا لم اعثر على نظام التشغيل الخاص بي في موقع hp

لدي جهاز hp elitebook 8540 عندما اريد تنزيل تعريفات كرت الشاشة اقوم بالدخول الى موقع hp الرسمي وفي القائمة لتحديد نوع نظام التشغيل لدي لا احصل على نظام التشغيل الخاص بي ويندوز 10 لماذا ؟افيدوني لاني اريد تعريف كرت الشاشة I have an HP Elitebook 8540 when I want to download the Screen card definitions I will enter the official HP site and in the list to select the operating system type I do not get my Windows 10 operating system why? I want to define the screen card

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application

HP Connected Remote is an app that comes preinstalled on select Windows HP computers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves this issue.

• On the Windows 10 Start screen, type hp connected remote.
• Click HP Connected Remote from the Apps search results.
• Click Settings, and make sure Enable HP Connected Remote is turned On.

We would suggest you to runt the Power troubleshooter and check.

Try to run the troubleshooter and check.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit
  Enter.
• Select View all from the left pane and select Power.
• Follow the on-screen troubleshooter and try the steps.
