Windows 10: load ssd driver on a fresh install

I have a MSI creator laptop M16 A12UD, I would like to fresh install Windows 11 from a USB pen. During the installation process, I need to load the driver for the ssd, and I cannot find any compatible driver.-MSI incredibly does not publish storage drivers on their website nor answers support request. This leaves me speechless, the laptop has been launched in 2022 and they mostly have prelaunch drivers from 2021. And no storage driver at all other vendors usually have a customized intel FST driver.-If I download intel Fast Storage Technology driver, it does not install. It generates a lo

-MSI incredibly does not publish storage drivers on their website (nor answers support request). -If I download intel Fast Storage Technology driver, it does not install. It generates a log file claiming "No matching device found."

-Intel does not offer anymore the possibility to extract just the drivers from the installation file. Yet one can download the FST drivers online somehow (e.g. from vendors that provide the driver for laptops with similar configurations). But they are also deemed non-compatible during the fresh OS installation process.

Some relevant information.

I am on windows build 22621.2070. I have a rather standard Micron 1tb ssd in nvme mode, I verified it is in nvme mode and it works flawlessly. intel VMD is disabled in the bios. Resetting the os works, fresh installing from usb does not. It is a long story why I need to fresh install from usb related to a security issue which is unrelated to the compatibility of the driver (I had the same problem when buying the laptop and settled from resetting at the time).

Thanks a lot for the quick answer! I had previously (somehow) failed to extract the .exe from intel (but extracted the file from a intel FST driver from dell website and it didn't work).

In any case I made sure I donwloaded the correct and latest FST driver (12th generation, 12700H cpu) from intel website, extracted it following your instructions, copied the driver on the usb stick, launched the fresh install procedure... and yet again all the drivers are deemed incompatible (I can see them listed only if I uncheck 'hide non-compatible drivers').

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
