Windows 10: Loading COD: Black Ops 3 Via gamepass. Error code 0x3. No troubleshooting steps helped me...

This is my final straw with my COD HQ crashing producing an error code 0x3. I have tried every troubleshooting step I could find in various forums, youtube videos, and articles. Nothing has worked to solve this issue even after chatting with microsoft support themselves. I know some files with anticheat applications such as FaceIt or riot vanguard, cause issues with the game and can ensure those files are deleted. I have updated GPU drivers, reinstalled the game, and etc... Please help I am at my whit's end.

Remove COD BLACK OPS 3 from pc

I want to remove COD Black Ops 3 from my PC but I am not able to do it. and worst part it is occupying 43GB(out of 118GB) of my SSD. Please help me remove it. I have attached a file too

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
