Windows 10: Loading Microsoft Bingo from Microsoft Store

I have tried multiple times to install Microsoft Bingo on a new laptop which replaced one that failed. The problem is that every time I try to install, the download fails. Is there another way to get the app to install? Since I have purchased the game as well as some addons this is very frustrating.

If I may pop in, although I am not the person you replied to, playing Microsoft Bingo recently, this does not solve the Rewards not being given at the end. The Rewards window comes up, but it is blank (it worked for a short time after installing the game).

- Followed Steps

- Uninstalled and Reinstalled game

- Tested in Windows 8.1 (Dual Boot system) and it occurs there too

- Internet connection works otherwise (obviously, Bingo also explicitly allowed in Firewall)

No Voice in Microsoft Bingo


I can not get the callers voice to announce the numbers in Microsoft Bingo. I have checked to settings and have the voice volume turned up. All other sounds in Bingo work fine. I have tried uninstalling Bingo and reinstalling from store. No change. Voice in Cortana and Navigator work fine so it seems like just the Bingo program is problem. Trouble is that Bingo works fine on my Surface Pro 3 tablet, just won't work on my desktop. Has to be a setting that I am missing?
HP 610-1280qd with clean install W10pro. All updates installed.
