Windows 10: Local Admin through Group Policy Update Concerns

Hello Everyone, I managed to successfully add local admin through group policy in the domain PCs by following the instruction from the video below:https://youtu.be/ps3peoLU1BI?t=293I still have few concerns relating to this and would really appreciate the help from everyone:1. At any point do we have to resync and update GP to keep this group/user as local admin2. Is there a chance of password getting expire3. Is this safe4. Is there a better way to do itAny help will be appreciated.Thanks in advance

GROUP POLICIES IN WINDOWS 10

You can change Group Policies by opening Group Policy Editor first. You can open it by following these steps:

• Log in an administrator account. If you are already logged in as an administrator, proceed to step 2.
  
• Press Windows + R to open Run.
• Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
  

After opening Group Policy Editor, you can now make the necessary changes that you want.
