Windows 10: Local disc F

How do i remove this disc which keeps saying its full , with nothing in it , which stops my playing Flight Sim , im getting a stream of messages saying its full

Local disc space F running low

In windows 10 I was notified that I am "running out of disc space on Local Disc F" not matter how much I remove it is unchanged at 8% available. Help, this has been going on since last update early June. I've used all the suggested removal utilities in
Windows and HP.

I keep getting low disc space on local disc (F notifications ever since last windows update. The only external hook ups or drives on computer are modem, wifi, printer, keyboard and mouse. What is causing this?

 

Running out of space on Local Disk (F)


So for a good week or so now, I've been getting alters every time I turn on my laptop and the suggestions of deleting stuff does nothing cuz there's nothing to delete. I clicked to remove back ups stored in the system, deleted all cache, deleted loads of programs/games etc, deleted my entire browser history and yet nothing is working and I'm still getting these notifications. there's "clean up system files" but I've "cleaned them" like 10 times. there's no files in local disc F at all, it's empty and yet on "this pc" it's listed as 44.4 MB left of 498.

also I ran multiple virus scans with avast and malware bytes and nothing has been flagged
