Windows 10: Local Disk D not showing up after i Cleaned and erased everything .Even the Operating System

Hello.

So i recently Erased my Entire hard Disk Drive and installed a New Windows 10 OS. But the problem is when i go to This Pc, I don't see my local Disk D. Can someone please helpme with this. I also went to disk management and Rescanned but nothing was found .

Local Disk D:

I continue to get messages telling me that my local disk D: is full. It asks me if I want to do a disk clean up. When I say yes, it takes me to disk clean up, but there is nothing showing that is on locak disk D:. It shows that I have plenty of space
and nothing gets deleted off of it.

What is actually stored on local disk D: and why am I getting this message if nothing is showing on it when I go to disk clean up?

 

About the partitions- local disk D

If have all my important files in local disk D it will remaind oder it will be all erase?

 

Low Disk space on Local Disk D???

I keep getting this message on my Dell Inspiron:

"Windows Explorer: Low Disk Space...You are running out of disk space on Local Disk (D. Click here to see if you can free space on this drive."

But every time I click and check the storage space, it says there's nothing to clean. The system Storage data shows that there is a D disk with 450MB of space, and 403MB currently used. But there is no way to clear up space. Help.
