Windows 10: Local host is not accessible from outside

Hi team, I've recently upgraded from win 10 to 11. I am learning web development. The problem I'm facing is , after hosting my web page locally in my pc, I'm trying to access that from my Android using ip address and port my pc stays connected at that time via mobile hotspot. What I'm finding as a result http request is not coming to my pc which was not the case when I was using win 10. Please provide any solution for this.

As you are facing issues with privileges to access the local account, I suggest you to try the below and check if it helps.

• Please be informed us the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.

This issue might be due to some error in system settings.

If you have not yet tried the below steps, I suggest you to perform and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to log out from the current user account, restart the computer and log-in with the administrator account and check if you are able to access the local drivers.

If the issue still persists,

Step 2: I suggest you to place the computer in safe mode, try to log-in with administrator account and check if the issue persists.

I seem to have lost access to all local hosted websites

I got IIS to run. I then tried to add another website. I found I didn't have permission to access the root directory of the new website. In the process of trying to fix that I seem to have managed to kill any access to any locally hosted website through
the web servers. Outside of completely re-installing Windows is there a way to undo this?
