Windows 10: local network issue

I have 2 desktops A=W11, B=w10, a NAS, and 3 laptops C=W11, D=W10, E=W10.The NAS and all the laptops appear when I open Network in FileExplorer on any computer.BUT neither desktop appears on any computer under Network until I type in the UID of the desktop.If I close and reopen FE, the same process is required.How do I get the desktops to appear without entering the UID??

  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

Cannot install local/network HP 1102 printer. administrator keeps blocking app.

• Is your Printer connected to a Local network or Domain network?
• Do you get any error message?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the same issue occurs here as well.

Here are the steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts and then select
  Family and other users.
• Select add someone else on this PC.
• Enter a user name and hit next.
• Click on Finish.
• Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Network Computer not visible in local network folder

Long time lurker first time poster ... because usually I can find a solution to my problem by searching this forum. I need some help, I have a Windows 10 network (all Enterprise 21H2), five computers named PC_1, PC_2 etc .... I can access shared folders on all five from any and all of them, sharing works without any issue and they all show up in the Network folder in explorer except on PC_3. It lists all 4 of the others, just not itself. I have searched this forum and used google to try to find a solution, but everything I find is for fixing sharing issues, which is not a problem. Any suggestions ... Thanks!
