Windows 10: Local Password Help on Ricoh Interactive Whiteboard

While on Windows, I was trying to get each of my team members their own profile on the company whiteboard but in doing so all that happened was there is still a "Default User" and no other profiles. It also changed the password and now I cannont get that password to work. I have tried doing a restart while holding Shift, however when I go to troubleshoot there is no option for Reset the computer only "Startup Settings". Any suggestions?

Local Account password changed to Online Account Password

Hi,

I suggest you to follow the steps on how to switch from Microsoft account to Local account:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Local account instead.
• Enter your Microsoft account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the Local account and click OK.
• Now, login to Local account.

Forgot Local Password

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and reset the password for the local account and check.

  Login in to your Microsoft account.

  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Select Computer Management.
  
• 
  Click on Local user and group.
  
• 
  In the right window pane, double click on user’s folder.
  
• 
  Right click on local user account and select set password and follow the on screen instructions.

Whiteboard

I used the whiteboard (interactively) in my meeting today but now can't find it. I looked online and it said it would be in the Chat section of the meeting info but is NOT there. Can anyone help me find it? Also, when I search in the apps section the whiteboard isn't even there.
