  1. Local Security Authority Protection is off - Page not available

I recently opened Windows Security to find a yellow triangle over Device Security. It said that 'Local Security Authority Protection is off. Your device may be vulnerable'. When I clicked on the 'Go to settings' button below, it said that 'The page you are trying to access has no supported features and is not available'. I have tried looking at options to help with this online and through microsoft help, including turning it on under Core Isolation, however this isnt an option for me in settings either. At one point it said that my TPM was off, however today it doesnt. I also checked my system

    :)

  2. Local Security Authority protection Bug?

Open an admin Command Prompt and run these two commands:

    • reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa" /v "RunAsPPL" /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f
    • reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa" /v "RunAsPPLBoot" /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f
Restart Windows. That should clear the yellow exclamation warning.
