Windows 10: Local Security Authority Protection turned off, how?

I was on my daughters PC Win 11 home, 24H2 fully patched and noticed in sys tray the Windows security icon was not ticked.So I opened it, and drilled down the unticked items to find that the Local Security Authority Protection was not enabled.I check her PC a lot, and am sure that the Windows security Icon was ticked last time I checked... So I enabled it... and rebooted, and all fine, however, I was going to shout at her along the lines of "how did that get disabled? you should have got an alert... dont ever allow anything turn that off without checking with me".Anyway - I now on my PC W

Local Security Authority protection Bug?

Open an admin Command Prompt and run these two commands:

• reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa" /v "RunAsPPL" /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f
  
• reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa" /v "RunAsPPLBoot" /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f
  

Restart Windows. That should clear the yellow exclamation warning.

Local Security Authority Protection

I have the security Action badge indicating to me that Windows security Action is required.

I open up by clicking the badge and see the notice that the Local Security Authority Protection is required to be turned on and restart the computer to which I perform those two actions.

After my computer is reloaded the Security Badge still requires me to turn Local Security Authority Protection on, as I have already done.
