Windows 10: Local System Authority is off - Windows 11

Today I checked Windows Defender to see that Local System Authority protection is off. Your device may be vulnerable. If I click the Go to settings button it gives me the error message: Page not available. The page you are trying to access has no supported features and is not available.When I click the Device security widget itself it doesn't give me the option to enable it & to only dismiss it, additionally, it also says Standard hardware security not supported. I'm 100% certain that it has not always said this & that this problem has happened because of a Windows update.With that in

• May we know what prompted you to install UC browser?
• Are you using a local or Microsoft account to sign in on your computer?
• Aside from using Malwarebytes Adwcleaner, what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)
