Windows 10: Local user profile issue - temporary profile is unable to load

Hello,We are running Windows 11 22H2 on our Azure-joined laptops in our environment. We are having an issue where user profiles are not loading correctly and going into a backup state. It then tries to load a temporary user profile but that also fails to load. The user just receives the following error when trying to sign in:The User Profile Service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.We then have to log into the laptop with our Azure admin credentials. I then am able to go into User Profiles and I can see the original profile is in Backup status and there is a secondary use

Being signed in with a temporary profile may occur if the user account is not loaded correctly or has been removed from the system. For us to properly assist you in rectifying this unusual behavior, supply more information by answering these questions:

• Is your PC connected to a domain?
• Were you able to load the same profile on your computer before using the new hard drive?
• What exactly is being logged in as "temporary profile"? Is it another user account on your computer?
• Aside from using the new hard drive, have you made any recent changes to your device prior to this happening?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

User Lost. Temporary profile Win10

I realize that the Temporary profile is gone from Windows 10 pc. I will try to help you with this issue.

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

  Did you make any changes to the pc prior to this issue?

  Did you create that Temporary user profile?
  
• 
  Was that Temporary profile a standard account or the Microsoft account?

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
