  1. LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall showed up in Task Manager and Firewall settings are disabled?

I just found "LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall" and "Local Security Authority Subsystem Service" and I have no idea what these are? I also tried to "Restore Firewalls to default" but the links are greyed out. I have scanned with Malwarebytes and AVAST! Also the link to Allow an app through firewall is greyed out. I'm running COMODO Firewall in the background.I finally managed to reset default settings through the Allowed apps list.I need to know if these processes are safe and why they suddenly show up now "LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall" and "Local Security Authority Subsystem Service"? 2. Firewall and Task Manager disabled

    hello everyone ,

im not sure what the hell happened to my PC

but when i started it 2 hours ago i noticed the Task manager from the task bar menu is greyed out ,,,it said "task manager disabled by the administrator"

i searched for this abit and a quick reg edit fixed it but when i rebooted it was broken again...

also my firewall is disabled and it says "windows cant change some of your settings " code : 0x80070422

the firewall service is also disabled and i cant start it nor change any properties

also after a reg edit suggestion from another website ,,it managed to get it to running automatically , but when i click start it says windows cant start firewall on local computer error 1058

....other suggestions of some other reg edits failed ,,it gave me errors that i dont have permission to change them and all that stuff even tho im the admin and i changed the things mentioned above ...

i think some thing took control over these services and disabled them ?

i ran an antivirus check by mcafee and microsoft safety scanner nothing turned up even tho i still think this is a virus...

i also ran SCANNOW nothing turned up ......

    HELP ME PLZ!

  3. LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall - Does Microsoft Ever Read These Posts and Do Anything About the Problems?

I've been fighting this LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall issue for a couple months now. It mostly seems to fire up when I open a PDF file in Acrobat Reader DC. I have AVG Anti-Virus and Firewall, and I've tried turning off AVG, but LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall
keeps coming up and stopping everything for several minutes at a time several times per hour.

And I mean it stops EVERYTHING! Task Manager says the LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall is using about 25% processor, but the other 75% is dead. It is like LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall grabs a lock to prevent all other processes from doing anything. I will
click on many things and nothing happens, until LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall goes away, then everything I clicked happens at once.

Also when the LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall process is running the fans on my tower go to warp speed and really roar. Task Manager also says Power Usage and Trend on the LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall process is Very High.

Microsoft, please wake up and fix this ASAP.

LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall showed up in Task Manager and Firewall settings are disabled?

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
