Windows 10: Location is not available Folder Denied Windows 10

I have been trying to come in my folders cause It's not only this folder but 6 more from streamlabs obs to luts. I've tried everything online that i can but its still locked.
please i need your help


any help would be appreciated

Vista Ultimate - 'User' Folder Location

No tried that.

Can copy the entire folder to D; but Windows still points to C as the location. Can change personal folders location to a folder on D;, but this still leaves hidden files etc on C;. Thus meaning there are 2 Users folders. Have managed to change the Public folder location to D;, with some registry tweaks, but this doesnt seem to work for the entire folder.

any more suggestions

Location not available when trying to open folders in windows 10 file explorer

Why do I get Access is denied on Folders I try to open in file explorer. It say Location is not available with a little arrow on the folder and list the path c:\users\home\my documents is not accessible. I am getting this on the majority of the folders
in File Explorer. Any help. I am running windows 10. Did not have this problem before upgrading to windows 10.
