Discus and support Location of App Icons on Home page in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I n the past I was able to relocate my app icons nearly anwhere on the home page.     Location of App Icons on Home page


    I n the past I was able to relocate my app icons nearly anwhere on the home page. I can no longer do that. I cannot reorder, nor move them around to where I want. They all remain in vertical columns on the left side of the screen. I can only move the icon up aand down a column but no where else. Appears that a check box got checked when I did not intend to it or maybe uncheck it
