  1. Location Services Wrong Across All my Devices

Let me say up front, I've been troubleshooting this for a while. This is NOT a "Set your Default Location" issue.

I moved to Oklahoma from Hawaii last summer. Since then both my HP desktop all-in-one and my Surface Pro, both running updated Windows 10, think I'm still in Hawaii. Little things like automatic time zones and built-in map app seem stuck on my previous address. I first noticed that neither machine updated time zones automatically to Central when I moved. I had to turn off that feature and manually set the time zone. Also, if I go to the included maps app and select "Show my location" the map zooms specifically to my old address even after clearing and resetting my new address as new default location. I have diligently scrubbed my Microsoft account of any reference to my old address favorites, default locations, billing/shipping addresses, Location Histories, etc. however, web-based map services like google maps work just fine.

MORE IMPORTANTLY I've been complaining about VERY slow internet, lag times etc. especially considering the bandwidth I'm paying for compared to what I think I'm using. I noticed yesterday while running speed tests that both machines, with Location services turned ON initiate speed tests with servers in Honolulu, HI, but with location services turned OFF initiate speed tests with servers in Wichita Falls, TX. Clearly Location Services is stuck, but I can't seem to find any other threads about unsticking it. Any thoughts?

    :)
