Windows 10: Lock and Change Account options on your Start menu

Hey,I just noticed that that somehow my Start menu added unnecessary options for my account -- when you right-click on your username.: there are two 'Change account' and two 'Lock' options. What could be the reason for this?PictureThank you for reading.

in windows 10 start menu ,in user icon, there is no options to lock the machine. how to enable??

You can follow the below mentioned steps to enable the Lock option in the Start menu.

* Click Start, type
Power Options and select same from the list.

* Select Choose what the power button does/do
on the left pane.

* Now click
Change settings that are currently unavailable

* Click the Lock
check box there and click Save changes.

Now check if it displays the Lock option under the Profile options in Start Menu.

How do you change a user account to an administrator account in Windows 10?

I would suggest you to go to control panel and check your user account status. Right click on the start button and select control panel in the menu. In the control panel, click on the 'view by' option in the top right and select 'large icons'. Now, click
on 'User accounts' and check if your account is listed as Administrator. If it is not displayed as Admin account, click on the option 'Change user account type' and select 'Administrator' and apply changes. Try these steps and let us know the results. If you
