Windows 10: Lock feature in find my device

Hello Microsoft Support Team and other, I am having an issue with my device being locked after I accidentally pressed the "Lock" button via the Find My Device feature. Currently, I’m unable to unlock the device even though I’m logging in as the administrator. I’ve tried signing in with the same Microsoft account used to lock the device and confirmed the device is connected to the internet, but it remains locked. My device is running Windows 10, I would really appreciate your help in unlocking the device or advising on the steps I should take. Thank you very much.

Device Lock feature in TouchFlo 3D

Hello,

I have HTC touch diamond (WM 6.1). I like the touchflo 3d feature but it doesnt give you the option to lock the screen. (i dont want to lock it by pressing hard key). My question is:

1. Is there a way to add 'Device lock' feature on TouchFlo 3D??

2. With TF3D DISABLED, I can get it .. but the today screen then doesnt have much options there... So as an alternative.. if i disable TF3D, can i add more shortcuts on today screen??

I'm skeptic about installing any 3rd party utility... they usually create a lot of mess in windows...

Looking for suggestions..

• Power down the device.
• Remove the battery.
• Insert the battery after some time.
• Restart the device and check for status.

KEYBOARD AND TOUCHPAD WONT LOCK

To begin with troubleshooting I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the KB number of recent Windows update?
  
• 
  How are you trying to lock the Touchpad?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of the computer?
  

Check whether update had installed successfully on the computer by checking the Windows update history. If the update had failed to install then try to install that manually.

Method 1

I suggest you to uninstall the updates first before reinstalling it manually.

To uninstall the updates, please follow the steps below:

• 
  Right click on
  start menu.
  
• 
  Select programs and features.
  
• 
  Under program and features select
  updates which you installed.
  
• 
  Right click on
  updates and click on uninstall.
  

Method 2

I suggest you to try the following steps to disable\lock the Touchscreen.

1. Type device manager into the Search box. Click the
device manager result, and the Device Manager window will pop up.

2. Expand Mice and other pointing devices.

3. Right-click the touchpad's entry. In the menu that pops up, click Disable.

4. Confirm your choice in the pop-up window.
