Windows 10: Lock icon missing after pc reset.

Before windows reset there was lock icons showing on all my drives but after resetting the pc lock icons are gone, How can I make them appear again?

App Icons Missing

Corrupted applications are the possible causes why your program icons are missing after an update. To isolate your issue, we'd like to clarify a few things:

• When you hover your mouse over your taskbar or Start menu, are you seeing the icons for your apps?
• Have you tried searching for a specific app and check if it will appear on the search results?

Tray icons missing after locking PC.

Several tray icons vanish after locking my PC. By this I mean going to Start->"User Name"->Lock. It does have to be locked for a certain amount of time for this to happen but I don't know how long. There may be another another trigger for this behavior as well. I think that running an application (most commonly games) in exclusive fullscreen mode for a long enough time may also cause this. The applications with their missing tray icons are still running and still function (an example would be my alarm for Free Alarm Clock still going off) but their tray icons are missing both from the tray and the list of which icons to display on the taskbar under taskbar settings. See first image below of iCUE still running with it's tray icon entry missing from the list. There are several that do this. They are: iCUE from Corsair mentioned above, Free Alarm Clock published by Comfort Software Group, Pangolin Screen Brightness (A.K.A. PangoBright) published by Pangolin Laser Systems Inc. , Unified Remote published by Unified Internets AB, and I'm sure there are a few others as well. Killing the process via task manager (as it's generally the only way with the tray icon missing) and restarting it will restore the tray icon as can bee seen in the second image below.
